Refund policy

Returns

  • Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from delivery.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange - please note if your order is delivered to a PO Box the 30 days is from delivery to the PO box not from the collection date 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached
  • Sale items can be returned, your item must be unused in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3 - 5 business days
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non refundable
  • If you return your item for a refund the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund - We will issue a trackable return label via email. You will be charged $10 for shipping return label. 
  • Please include your invoice with your return
  • If the product is damaged or faulty, please email our sales team - sales @preciouspawco.com.au
  • We do not offer exchanges but do offer a store credit to repurchase new item once original purchase has been returned

Refunds & Store Credit  

  • Store credits will be issued via a Gift Cards
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind
  • Any purchase returned for refund using Afterpay will be deducted 3% of purchase price plus 30c 
  • A refund may be offered if you were sent the wrong item or size
  • You may be eligible for a refund/exchange to the purchase value if the item is faulty on arrival or within a reasonable time. If a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We aim to process this in 3 – 5 business days from arrival of the returned item.
  • We do not offer refunds if the item is returned after 30 days

Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 is for Australian delivery only 
  • For whatever reason your packed is returned to sender the delivery fee will be deducted on any refund or store credit

Sales & Discount codes

  • Please note only one discount code can be used per order - multiple discount codes aren't valid for the same order
  • No further discounts apply when the sale has been discounted automatically
  • Discount codes does not apply to sale items
  • During sales discounts do not apply to shipping unless otherwise stated 
  • No further discounts will be applied to our already discounted 3 Piece Sets - Set includes: Harness, Lead & Waste Bag
  • The sign up discount for first order does not apply during a sale
